Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications and Python-based tools.
- Write efficient Python scripts and optimize existing source code for memory usage and speed.
- Maintain Python tools and serve as a Python subject-matter expert.
- Design and implement scalable features using design patterns and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to software development from design through release.
- Mentor and groom Python developers and lead development teams.
- Manage customers, stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, progress, and challenges independently.
Requirements
- Extensive programming experience and strong understanding of Python, including advanced Python features.
- Good knowledge of Gen AI concepts.
- Six or more years of relevant programming experience, including experience with Python and C++.
- Two to five years of extensive programming experience and strong understanding of Gen AI concepts.
- Experience with Git and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of scalable design, design patterns, industry best practices, data structures, algorithms, STL, and multithreading or concurrent programming.
- Experience with software development from design through release and Scrum in an Agile development environment.
- BE or M Tech qualification.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- MATLAB experience is an added advantage.
