Base Salary

$225k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product work across agent flows, integrations, and UI/UX.
Build creation, editing, run criteria, execution reliability, and observability for agent flows.
Add new integrations and deepen existing integrations.
Design human-agent interactions that make complex systems feel simple and reliable.
Ship frontend and backend features with rapid feedback from real users.
Improve performance, reliability, and cost across agent runs and flow execution.
Build instrumentation, analytics, and developer tooling to accelerate iteration.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.

4+ years building and shipping user-facing products end to end.
Frontend experience with React or Next.js, TypeScript, component-driven development, performance profiling, accessibility, data fetching and state management, optimistic UI, and cache invalidation.
Backend experience with Python, FastAPI, background workers and queues, webhooks, Postgres or similar database schema design, transactions, and migrations.
Strong unit and integration testing, metrics, traces, structured logs, and observability practices.
Nice-to-have experience with event-driven architectures such as Inngest or Temporal and WebSockets or real-time UIs.
Nice-to-have experience with LLM or agent systems, including tool-use patterns, prompt hygiene, guardrails, and evaluation.
Nice-to-have familiarity with Render, Modal, Supabase, Redis Cloud, CI/CD, and feature flags.
