Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product work across the agent experience.
- Create and manage workflows, ensuring execution reliability and observability.
- Add new integrations and enhance existing ones.
- Develop innovative UI/UX for human-agent interactions.
- Ship features across the stack with user feedback.
- Improve performance and reliability of agent runs and flow execution.
- Build instrumentation and developer tooling for faster iteration.
- Maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products end to end.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React/Next.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with backend development using Python FastAPI and Postgres.
- Strong testing and observability practices, including unit and integration tests.
- Ability to scope projects effectively and deliver quickly.
