Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead professional services engagements including customer onboarding and enablement activities.
- Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
- Conduct production readiness assessments and post-live deployment health checks.
- Advise on testing best practices and production deployment procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
- Create and enhance content for professional services and partner training.
- Mentor and train team members from pre-sales and post-sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience.
- Proven results in overseeing customer success in solution architecture.
- Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprises.
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 25%.
