Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems for processing social data from various platforms.
- Develop integrations with third-party APIs and optimize AI workload infrastructure.
- Improve backend reliability, performance, and cost efficiency as the platform scales.
- Build AI-powered product experiences and enhance frontend architecture.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive workflows.
- Write architecture documents and guide engineering decisions across the team.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong engineering experience in designing and operating production systems.
- Deep understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
- Experience building reliable data pipelines or complex web applications using React.
- Strong user empathy and product intuition for feature development.
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture.
- Curiosity about AI's impact on software development and interest in AI-assisted workflows.
- Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
