Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, LLMs, Docker, and other modern technologies.
- Translate product requirements into scalable and efficient code with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
- Own key components and features from design through deployment, focusing on performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to technical architecture and infrastructure evolution using cloud services such as GCP.
- Deliver improvements to inbox experiences, legal and finance workflows, and AI-driven assistants.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an engineer on a high-performing team at a B2B SaaS company.
- Expert experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, at least one cloud service provider, and cloud-native architectures and services.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and database schema design and optimization.
- Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Google Cloud Run or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Operational mindset with experience documenting context and explaining technical decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
