Responsibilities
- Support and maintain existing IGA platforms, including system health, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues involving user lifecycle, provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring incidents.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support secure and compliant identity services.
- Monitor and report IGA service metrics to meet SLAs and business expectations.
- Manage role reviews, access certifications, rule updates, and policy enforcement.
- Document processes, workflows, technical configurations, and known issues.
- Support application onboarding and adherence to governance standards.
- Participate in audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience in a large enterprise.
- Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processes.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SAML, OAuth, and identity-related protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting with BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanisms.
- Experience maintaining large-scale SailPoint environments is desired.
- Experience supporting Zero Trust or least-privilege initiatives is desired.
- Experience participating in security audits or regulatory assessments is desired.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and process-management skills.
