Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customer identity and authentication solutions using PingOne and PingOne DaVinci.
- Build custom authentication, registration, onboarding, and user journey workflows from scratch.
- Configure and support PingOne, Ping Directory, Ping SSO, and Ping MFA components.
- Develop and maintain API integrations and custom connectors between identity platforms and business applications.
- Create authentication workflows for multiple digital platforms and ecosystems.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation, and identity-related issues in production.
- Analyze SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect authentication flows and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams on secure, scalable identity solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
- Participate in security reviews, architecture discussions, and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, security engineering, software development, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions within PingOne and building workflows using PingOne DaVinci.
- Ability to create new workflows and authentication journeys from scratch.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale authentication and identity platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, federation, and IAM-related issues.
- Experience with PingOne, PingOne DaVinci, Ping Directory, Ping SSO, and Ping MFA.
- Experience with API integrations and custom connector development.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization, CIAM, identity federation, risk-based authentication, adaptive authentication, and secure application integration patterns.
