Responsibilities
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business and application needs.
- Configure and manage role-based security models within enterprise applications.
- Analyze security requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Troubleshoot security issues and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align security practices with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts.
- Guide junior team members and support knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Security and experience configuring role-based security models.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and security protocols within enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting security issues and implementing corrective measures.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Mandatory certification in the core skill; certification in a specialized skill is optional.
