Product Security Analyst
GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Review system, controller, and cloud architectures and recommend cyber-security changes.
- Conduct cyber-security tests, penetration testing, and validation of critical architecture and interface requirements.
- Collaborate with system and subsystem engineers to define software requirements, architecture, modularity, and designs.
- Develop and document software architecture, design, verification plans, and technical decisions.
- Ensure software complies with cyber-security requirements and support secure product delivery across multiple teams.
- Contribute to proofs of concept, product risk management, multi-generation planning, and customer requirement delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience, with 5+ years of experience.
- Significant software development experience for cloud-based systems and experience securing OT controllers, systems, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with penetration testing, ethical hacking, CAPEC, and security tools including Wireshark, NESSUS, and Burp Suite.
- Experience with Java, Java EE, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, OpenJPA, EclipseLink, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, MVC, RESTful Web Services, Flux, and SOAP.
- Experience with AWS, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, MySQL, software configuration management, Git, enterprise application servers, and web application servers.
- Experience with SDLC phases including design, implementation, testing, verification, deployment, documentation, and release.
- Preferred experience with C++, C#, Python, ISA-62443, NIST 800 standards, build automation, continuous integration, database design, HPC, cloud-based engineering solutions, project management, and R&D leadership.
