Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Guidewire platforms throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Lead design and integration activities across Policy and Claims implementations.
- Define and govern architecture standards, integration patterns, and technical frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, delivery oversight, and architectural governance to delivery teams and third-party vendors.
- Advise senior business and technology stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Support solution shaping, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience is required.
- Extensive Guidewire experience across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- End-to-end Guidewire implementation experience from solution design through delivery and deployment.
- Hands-on implementation experience across both Policy and Claims environments.
- Strong London Market and Lloyd’s domain knowledge.
- Deep solution architecture and integration expertise, including API-led and event-driven architectures.
- Guidewire Cloud and modernization programme experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and ability to influence senior audiences.
