Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production AI agents and customer experiences.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components from architecture through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs that progress rapidly into deployable solutions.
- Co-build with customers and partners while providing enablement and best practices.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to engineering and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Curiosity about emerging AI, data tools, and models.
- Salesforce platform experience or certifications, agent framework familiarity, cloud data platform experience, or specialist AI delivery experience are preferred.
