Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Cognite Data Fusion-based industrial data platforms for energy and utility clients.
- Architect asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital twin, operational intelligence, sustainability, and energy transition solutions.
- Integrate OT systems with enterprise platforms, data lakes, and cloud ecosystems.
- Define enterprise data models, data contextualization strategies, and industrial data governance frameworks.
- Lead cloud, edge, and enterprise integration architecture and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Establish solution governance, architecture standards, and best practices across transformation programs.
- Advise client executives on IIoT, industrial data strategy, OT/IT convergence, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Mentor solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery organizations.
- Support solution development, client engagement, pursuit activities, and strategic advisory services.
Requirements
- 20–25 years of experience with Cognite Data Fusion and a strong project track record.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated P&L contribution to sales and experience supporting business growth.
- Strong customer orientation, executive presence, communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to shape solutions for unstructured problems and collaborate across multicultural, multifunctional, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to build consensus without direct line authority.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
