Responsibilities
- Deliver software engineering and secure AI integration projects for clients.
- Gather requirements, design architectures, prototype solutions, and develop LLM integrations, RAG systems, agents, and AI-driven automations.
- Support production rollout through industrialization, secure deployment pipelines, and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to pre-sales through demos, proofs of concept, technical estimates, and RFP responses.
- Develop and maintain internal AI-enabled tools, document-processing pipelines, security automations, and RAG- and agent-based tools.
- Apply secure coding, application security, threat modeling, code review, guardrails, filtering, monitoring, and agent tool-access controls.
- Industrialize AI proofs of concept, document and test solutions, and develop reusable libraries, scripts, and components.
- Collaborate with the AI Security Advisor, Cyber Defense, delivery, R&D, DevSecOps, and MLOps teams.
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders in French and English.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals, ideally with Python, and a focus on clean, tested, maintainable code.
- First hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, and API-based integrations.
- Awareness of common application vulnerabilities, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding principles.
- Foundations in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus DevOps practices including deployment pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Passion for AI and cybersecurity demonstrated through personal projects, open-source contributions, experimentation, blogging, or active learning.
- Strong communication, consulting, client-facing, collaboration, autonomy, and fast-learning abilities.
- Native French or Dutch; English is a plus.
- No certification is required; GIAC AI security, cybersecurity, and cloud certifications are valued.
- The role is open to junior, mid-career, and senior candidates, with scope and autonomy adjusted to experience.
