Responsibilities

Manage and deliver architectures for initiatives across multiple platform systems.
Work on all aspects of a modern OTT platform.
Challenge existing architecture and drive necessary changes.
Independently drive the delivery of designs and architecture.
Create concepts and documentation for new solutions and changes.
Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
Design architectures using industry-standard methodologies and present to stakeholders.
Establish functional and non-functional requirements of stakeholders.
Anticipate and investigate issues, initiating quality improvement measures.

6+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent documentation skills using industry-standard methodologies.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (NodeJS, Java, Python, Go) and core knowledge of databases.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize key technical problems.
Strong technical skills with experience in third-party and in-house solutions.
Proven track record of solving complex technology and business problems.
Deep understanding of technology applications and architecture stacks.
Ability to communicate complex problems to diverse audiences.
Experience designing large-scale, complex architectures with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of cloud-based systems, preferably AWS.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
