Responsibilities
- Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with enterprise systems and manage APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage data migrations and system upgrades.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Implement and audit technical security measures.
- Maintain technical documentation and share technical knowledge.
- Perform system maintenance and health checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical role involving Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Expertise in Core HR, including data migration and system integration.
- Experience setting up, customizing, and maintaining Absence Management and Time and Labor modules.
- Experience developing custom reports and integrating reporting tools with Oracle HCM.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Proven experience with system integrations and data migrations.
- Strong programming skills, especially in SQL and Java.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards.
- Advanced skills in business intelligence tools and analytics platforms integrated with Oracle HCM.
