Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions for complex client business problems.
- Build large-scale distributed systems using microservices.
- Write clean, reusable, high-quality code and apply testing, design, and continuous delivery practices.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and developers to build features and interactive prototypes.
- Contribute across the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
- Apply DevSecOps tools and practices while advocating for development and security improvements.
- Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Mentor less-experienced peers and promote technical excellence.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more development languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, or C#.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience writing high-quality, well-tested code.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
- Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, adapt to change, and work through ambiguity.
- External technology community participation through speaking, open-source contributions, blogs, or similar activities is valued.
