Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support responsive enterprise web applications, dashboards, chat interfaces, copilots, and agent-based user experiences.
- Build reusable accessible frontend components with React, TypeScript, and Next.js or equivalent frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python/FastAPI, .NET, Java, or Node.js and integrate REST or GraphQL APIs, enterprise services, workflow platforms, databases, search services, and AI/LLM endpoints.
- Implement real-time interactions using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or token streaming with resilient connection and error-handling patterns.
- Implement application state management, authentication, authorization, session handling, caching, secure client-server communication, input/output validation, secrets protection, privacy controls, and safe rendering of AI-generated content.
- Write unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end automated tests and participate in code reviews, quality gates, and release validation.
- Containerize services and contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, environment configuration, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Optimize performance, scalability, availability, accessibility, browser compatibility, and user experience across frontend and backend components.
- Prepare technical designs, API specifications, implementation documentation, test evidence, and runbooks; contribute reusable components, SDKs, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product owners, AI engineers, data engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders, and mentor junior developers when required.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in full-stack, frontend, backend, or cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise or client-facing applications through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, modern web development, and at least one backend stack such as Python with FastAPI, .NET, Java with Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- Experience with Next.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, microservices, event-driven patterns, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events or token-level streaming, reusable component libraries, typed API clients, dashboards, chat interfaces, and accessible user experiences.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Git; Docker; Kubernetes or managed containers; CI/CD; automated testing; and environment configuration.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, tracing, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
- Understanding of application security, OWASP practices, privacy, accessibility, secure SDLC, and Responsible AI controls.
- Experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, chatbot, copilot, or agent capabilities into web applications is preferred.
- Exposure to NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, vector databases, enterprise search, GenAI/RAG integration, LLM APIs, prompt workflows, tool calling, and agent-service integration is beneficial or preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, design thinking, code quality, technical documentation, communication, collaboration, and business-requirement translation skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant cloud, application development, DevOps, or AI certifications are preferred.
