Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines across on-premises and Azure environments.
- Modernize build and deployment infrastructure by transitioning legacy tooling to scalable cloud-based platforms.
- Engineer and maintain Azure IaaS and platform services for enterprise workloads.
- Integrate and optimize Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure-hosted services.
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts to reduce manual operations.
- Build and enhance secure, resilient, and scalable CI/CD environments.
- Serve as a technical generalist and escalation point across multiple technology stacks.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, standards, and best practices across cloud and DevOps domains.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering, security and compliance, developer tools, and application teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure IaaS, virtual machines, networking, storage, identity and access, Entra ID/Azure AD, and core infrastructure services.
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on Jenkins pipeline development and management experience.
- Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or equivalent.
- Experience with Git-based platforms, preferably GitHub Enterprise.
- Proven scripting and automation expertise with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and systems-level thinking skills.
- Preferred experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
- Preferred familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration.
- Preferred exposure to DevSecOps, secure pipeline design, security tooling, enterprise architecture patterns, and governance.
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks is preferred.
