Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and govern enterprise-scale intelligent automation systems centered on agentic artificial intelligence.
- Develop production-grade agentic AI systems using LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
- Design resilient AI systems with observability, tracing, auditability, and strategies for non-deterministic failure modes.
- Implement AI security controls including threat modeling, prompt injection defense, zero-trust principles, and secure model input and output handling.
- Design agent orchestration patterns and debug failures in production AI systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, security, product, operations, legal, and compliance without direct authority.
- Translate technical concepts into roadmaps, architecture decisions, documented outcomes, and executive-level communications.
- Support AI governance, model risk management, and internal AI policy development in regulated environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience across AI/ML systems, software engineering, or cybersecurity.
- Deep hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems and production-grade AI pipelines.
- Strong software engineering foundation with Python and a compiled language.
- Experience with AI threat modeling, prompt injection defense, secure AI systems, and zero-trust principles.
- Experience designing observable, auditable systems and handling non-deterministic failure modes.
- Experience with AI security defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and tool misuse.
- Experience with AI red-teaming or penetration testing is required or strongly expected by the role description.
- Ability to lead across engineering, security, product, operations, legal, and compliance and present architectural trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries, with exposure to AI governance, model risk management, or internal AI policy development, is preferred.
