Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications with Power Apps and Dataverse, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Create Power Automate workflows and integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Power BI, and other services.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
- Define acceptance criteria, perform unit and developer testing, debug issues, and ensure secure, scalable, high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as the Power Platform subject matter expert and provide guidance on governance, best practices, and the Center of Excellence toolkit.
- Monitor deployed solutions and implement enhancements or troubleshooting to maintain operational continuity.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, automate workflows, integrate external data sources, and use Power Platform Center of Excellence practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Azure Functions or other Azure PaaS services, Azure SQL or other databases, relational data concepts, and data modeling.
- Expertise in at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL.
- Experience with data and document migration, external integrations, source control, and preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub for Power Platform delivery pipelines.
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ or higher is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Power Platform certifications, Power BI dashboard and report development, Power Pages or Power Portals, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online integrations, Azure PaaS or .NET development, REST APIs, and third-party service integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, independent work, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to the client site is required.
