Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve features for the company’s mission-critical systems.
- Ensure production systems meet rigorous requirements for performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and ecosystem integrity.
- Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment.
- Maintain clear and current documentation to ensure traceability of system changes.
- Collaborate on code reviews, promote good practices, and drive technical evolution of the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Solid software development experience with Go (Golang) and Elixir.
- Experience implementing automated tests and performing continuous code inspection.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- A questioning, proactive approach to identifying process or architecture gaps and proposing solutions.
- Interest in or knowledge of the financial market, especially account statements, is advantageous.
- Experience with public or private clouds such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM MQ is advantageous.
- Knowledge of advanced architectural patterns such as Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and Lambda Architecture is advantageous.
- Experience with non-relational data modeling and NoSQL is advantageous.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions, is advantageous.
