Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions Engineering Center of Excellence across RFX, DemoX, and Value Engineering.
- Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered tools and automations to reduce repetitive work and improve the productivity of more than 100 Solution Engineers.
- Analyze improvement opportunities and co-lead initiatives to develop scalable tools, templates, and best-practice assets for global Solutions Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Marketing.
- Contribute to competitive engagements with account teams and engage customers to differentiate OneTrust from other vendors.
- Translate customer business challenges into solutions within OneTrust’s product portfolio and communicate the strategic and quantitative value of those solutions.
Requirements
- Working toward a degree at a university, preferably in Technology & Management, Business & Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent program.
- Prior experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment, particularly through internships, is preferred.
- Curiosity about AI and interest in building tools and automations that solve real problems.
- Data-oriented, structured, innovative, collaborative, and comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
- Strong English presentation and communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Able to understand strategic objectives while managing task details.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement through a university.
