Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate computer vision solutions for satellite imagery analytics.
- Ensure high-quality and production-ready Python or Go services.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and code deployment to AWS and Kubernetes.
- Develop React UI geospatial applications for imagery visualization.
- Create and deploy relational database schemas for GIS data using PostGres.
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Lead full-stack software development and data ETL projects.
- Collaborate on technical roadmap and implementation strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of software engineering experience with three years in full stack development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing scalable production software solutions for machine learning or image processing.
- Proficiency in Python3 or Go and experience with data ETL, REST APIs, and cloud deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services like EKS, S3, EC2, and RDS.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and managing complex data in relational stores.
- Strong proficiency in React or other UI frameworks and understanding of REST.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to program requirements.
