Sr. Full-Stack Developer, AI Design-to-Dev

- Transform concepts into interactive prototypes using v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, and similar AI design tools.
- Build full-stack applications from prototype through production with an emphasis on frontend excellence and strong backend foundations.
- Develop accessible, performant, responsive UI components using React.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services, including services built with Supabase.
- Manage SQL and NoSQL application data, authentication, caching, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Align components with design systems, design tokens, brand guidelines, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
- Use GitHub Spec-kit, Open Spec, Figma, and Jira to support specifications, design-development handoff, documentation, and ticket-driven workflows.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend expertise in React.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js.
- Proven experience with PHP and Python, with NodeJS and Express experience desired.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, or Lovable.
- Experience with spec-driven development using GitHub Spec-kit or Open Spec and workflow automation platforms such as N8N.
- Strong record of delivering production-grade full-stack applications, including API design, server-side logic, and database management.
- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, authentication mechanisms, security best practices, caching, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.
- Deep understanding of design systems, design tokens, component-driven development, and responsive styling, including TailwindCSS.
- Expert-level Figma experience, including design system management and component libraries.
- Experience with TypeScript, modern JavaScript and ES6+ features, cloud platforms, and deployment workflows.
- A portfolio demonstrating full-stack applications, design system work, and AI design tool usage.
- Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, innovation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
