Responsibilities
- Build a multi-document drafting tool and dedicated chatbot.
- Launch add-ins that support lawyers with daily legal drafting.
- Enhance automatic PDF translation features.
- Develop products combining web technologies and machine learning.
- Build reusable components for use across product teams.
- Collaborate with product designers and product managers on user experiences.
- Contribute to engineering strategy, internal best practices, and Web chapter initiatives.
- Participate in technical assessments and interviews for candidates.
Requirements
- Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
- Strong focus on quality, best practices, testing, reliability, and availability.
- Comfort working in an agile environment with a product and user-experience mindset.
- Willingness to learn about and develop expertise in legal documents; prior legal experience is not required.
- Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, give constructive feedback, and drive positive change.
