Base Salary
$37k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support development, integration, testing, and other tasks throughout the software life cycle.
- Contribute to requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and potential maintenance for military and commercial software programs.
- Help solve complex technical system and software integration problems with software and systems engineers.
- Design solutions with end-user and operational needs in mind.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team on mission-critical software applications.
Requirements
- Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline through completion of the internship or co-op session.
- Have demonstrated programming experience with one or more object-oriented languages such as C++, C#, or Java.
- Have classroom or other experience with software life-cycle stages including requirements, design, development, integration, and testing.
- Be able to develop software in a Linux environment and understand software systems design, integration, and management.
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Possess an active Secret security clearance before the start date and be a U.S. citizen eligible for the required clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with RTOS platforms, real-time optimization and timing analysis, debugging tools, software requirements, Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, Ansible, continuous integration and development pipelines, and Agile development.
