Responsibilities
- Define and drive the front-end vision in collaboration with Human Factors experts and Product Owners.
- Support standards selection and development of the design system.
- Select front-end architectures and patterns, including monoliths, micro-frontends, Progressive Web Apps, and UI shells.
- Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries and theming systems.
- Align UX/UI choices, technical decisions, and product needs.
- Organize development, testing, and deployment strategies while participating in development activities.
- Review deliverables for performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Support and coach front-end teams through mentoring and technical leadership.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, architects, UX/UI teams, and systems and platform teams.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and technical reviews within the Digital Foundry.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Solid experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining industrial-grade front-end applications.
- Proven technical leadership in architecture, mentoring, and code reviews in Agile or product-oriented environments.
- Ability to establish a consistent vision across applications within the assigned scope.
- Strong UX/UI sensitivity and ability to work closely with designers and Product Owners.
- Experience or knowledge with Figma, Vue.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of API integration using REST APIs, WebSockets, and Maps.
- Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, front-end security best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility by design.
- Fluency in English and ability to work in an international context.
