Responsibilities
- Design and influence backend architecture for scalable healthcare solutions.
- Participate in a fast-paced team that values quick decision-making.
- Work across the technology stack, including Python, Go, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Lead technical planning and execution for new features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers on backend engineering and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend programming skills in Python and Go.
- General understanding of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of executing projects from ideation to implementation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with frequent deployments.
- Attention to detail regarding user experience and customer needs.
