Responsibilities
- Design, support, improve, and test moderate- to high-complexity end-of-line test systems.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of test projects.
- Create and evaluate test-system requirements and strategies and provide estimates for new test software.
- Oversee advanced software engineering projects from inception through completion.
- Establish and maintain software development standards and methodologies.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced engineers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts on technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry.
- Expert knowledge of LabVIEW.
- Solid knowledge of NI TestStand and Python.
- Knowledge of the phases and processes for introducing new products into production.
- Written and spoken English and Polish proficiency.
- Aerospace industry experience is advantageous.
- NI VeriStand custom-device development experience is advantageous.
- Experience with repository tools such as Git or Bitbucket is advantageous.
