Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and optimize capacity across hybrid infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise platforms.
- Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions.
- Analyze capacity trends and provide forecasting for infrastructure growth.
- Collaborate with various teams to support new initiatives.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization strategies.
- Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
- Support Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Produce capacity planning and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux administration and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or PowerCLI for automation.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience performing capacity planning and root cause analysis.
- English proficiency for technical documentation.
