Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures involving LLMs, traditional machine learning, RAG, orchestration, LLMOps, and integration patterns.
- Make key technology decisions covering build versus buy, model selection, deployment approaches, and integration patterns.
- Define technical standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and strategic direction for AI models and data.
- Design AI infrastructure involving GPUs, large-scale model serving, networking, interconnects, and on-premises deployment.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment, data privacy, and access control.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and clearly justify architectural decisions.
- Own the architecture of the entire AI domain and advise leadership on business, technical, and regulatory trade-offs.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of AI systems architecture, including large-scale RAG, orchestration, LLMOps, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of the AI model ecosystem, including open-source versus commercial models, on-premises versus cloud deployment, and cost/performance trade-offs.
- Expertise in AI infrastructure, GPUs, large-scale model serving, networking/interconnects, and on-premises deployment.
- Knowledge of security and compliance topics including data privacy, AI governance, and access control.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and explain architectural decisions clearly.
- English and Polish language proficiency.
