Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and QA testers to design, develop, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code with guidance from senior engineers.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Support documentation for new features, technical designs, and implementation details.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and collaborate, with strong abstraction and design skills.
- Understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as C# and Python.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB.
- Ability to work with remote coworkers in different time zones.
- Bonus: experience with AWS hosting environments, DevOps, AWS Kinesis, Apache Kafka, Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes, or customer issue troubleshooting.
- Bonus: familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

- Must work onsite at the Charlestown office at least three days per week, with a preference for five days; office-based or hybrid options are available.
