Responsibilities
- Evaluate and estimate the impact of code changes.
- Implement application enhancements and fixes according to business needs and priorities.
- Ensure delivered code conforms to standards and improve code quality, reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Work within TDD and CI/CD practices.
- Participate in Agile team continuous-improvement activities.
- Onboard and train new joiners within the application perimeter.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, quality analysts, and distributed international teams.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in software development.
- Strong front-end development experience with Angular 8 and 9.
- Strong back-end development experience with Java 20 and 21 and Spring Boot 2.3.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Good knowledge of KSH scripting.
- Experience with TDD development under a CI/CD pipeline.
- Knowledge of unit testing, TDD, refactoring, and clean code.
- Knowledge of Agile practices, user stories, and Scrum.
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with IT teams in London.
- Very good communication, analysis, synthesis, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving skills.
