Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle and automated joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
- Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity synchronization, directories, and identity-integrated applications.
- Develop role-based access control, group-based access, entitlement structures, access packages, and privileged access governance.
- Implement and support single sign-on, multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, Conditional Access, risk-based access controls, and federation protocols.
- Create automation and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and workflow tools.
- Implement access reviews, separation-of-duties controls, certification campaigns, governance reporting, and audit evidence.
- Monitor identity services, investigate anomalous access, support security incident response, and troubleshoot complex access and synchronization issues.
- Maintain technical designs, operational procedures, support documentation, and troubleshooting guides; participate in incident, change, problem management, and on-call rotations.
- Evaluate emerging identity capabilities and recommend security and user-experience improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in identity and access management, directory services, cybersecurity engineering, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on enterprise experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, automated provisioning and deprovisioning, access governance, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, modern authentication, and federation standards.
- Experience configuring multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, single sign-on, and privileged access controls.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or comparable scripting and integration technologies.
- Understanding of least privilege, zero trust, separation of duties, and identity-related security controls.
- Preferred experience integrating IAM platforms with HR systems and enterprise applications; Entra ID Governance, Privileged Identity Management, entitlement management, access reviews, privileged access management, service account governance, identity monitoring, security investigations, IT service management, change control, audit evidence, and compliance frameworks.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), CISSP, CISM, or relevant identity and privileged access management certifications.
