Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize complex AI applications and agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Architect and code integrations connecting Google AI products with customer APIs, legacy data silos, live infrastructure, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests for engineering teams.
- Co-build with Customer Engineering teams to establish development best practices and support long-term adoption and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK; ReAct, self-reflection, or hierarchical delegation patterns; integrated systems architecture; real-time inference; model quantization; Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow; LLM-native metrics and tracing; and resilient BigQuery and Vertex AI data engineering pipelines.
Benefits
- US base salary is $207000 - $300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
