Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and product friction, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests.
- Co-build with Customer Engineering teams and establish development practices that support long-term project success and end-user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: proficiency with Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow for CI/CD/CT automation and experimentation.
- Preferred: experience with integrated systems architecture, real-time inference constraints, model quantization, BigQuery, Vertex AI, LLM-native metrics, state management, and granular tracing.
