Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the security engineering team to design and implement security tooling.
- Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Create and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for reliable automated deployments.
- Partner with engineering and software development teams on architecture, security-tool adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability and visibility.
- Support capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and operational runbooks.
- Troubleshoot issues, communicate outcomes clearly, and deliver production-ready systems on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT security tools and cloud computing, including AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Aliyun security services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise for security work.
- Ability to analyze and monitor security systems using tools such as New Relic or CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in scripting or application development, including Python or shell scripting.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Detection and Response, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, or code analysis tools.
- Experience with cloud environments, virtualization, containerization, or infrastructure as code.
- Exposure to Agile or DevOps frameworks and interest in emerging security standards.
