Responsibilities
- Write test automation code for UI and RESTful web services.
- Translate user stories into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Apply TDD and BDD best practices to testing work.
- Use test automation frameworks and tools, especially Playwright.
- Consider browser rendering behavior and front-end performance.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Strong foundation and proven experience in TypeScript and/or Java.
- Firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design.
- Ability to write clean, simple, and efficient test automation code.
- Understanding of browser rendering behavior and front-end performance.
- Familiarity with relational databases, with MariaDB preferred but not required.
- Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and ReactJS are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and Playwright is a plus.
- Python or other multi-language programming experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Academic, organizational, or TypeScript/Java developer boot camp experience may qualify.
