Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across the engagement.
- Serve as the primary architectural point of contact for the client.
- Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and delivery plans.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Identify and manage technical risks and integration points.
- Lead design reviews and architectural governance.
- Partner with project leadership to align architecture with delivery timelines.
- Mentor and develop delivery team members.
- Produce and present executive-ready documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Stay current on telecommunications industry trends and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical delivery.
- Significant exposure to the telecommunications industry.
- Experience architecting large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of telco operational domains like OSS/BSS.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with structured delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with platforms used in telco environments.
- Relevant industry or platform certifications.
