Base Salary
$140k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for the Generative AI team and inspire innovation.
- Shape the AI roadmap by identifying valuable opportunities for generative AI.
- Develop and deploy large language and generative models for document processing.
- Explore new ways to combine text, images, and 3D data for smarter solutions.
- Create data pipelines and training workflows for complex datasets.
- Use AWS and other platforms to train and deploy models at scale.
- Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to implement AI solutions.
- Mentor teammates on advanced ML methods and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest generative AI and deep learning research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science with expertise in generative models.
- Strong track record with large-scale language and vision models.
- Hands-on experience with multimodal data including text, images, and 3D.
- Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Solid grounding in probability, statistics, and optimization for generative modeling.
- Experience deploying ML models using cloud microservice architecture, preferably AWS.
- Strong software engineering skills including object-oriented programming and CI/CD best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus; curiosity and drive are essential.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
