Base Salary
$146k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear solution recommendations for customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing customer feedback that informs the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to improve technical integration and customer time-to-value.
- Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience working with APIs.
- Experience designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- A track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence for audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite leadership.
- A builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for emerging and generative AI technologies.
