Responsibilities
- Engage with customer developers and engineers to understand application, data, and AI priorities and build secure AI and agentic solutions.
- Design and deliver technical engagements including architecture designs, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products.
- Accelerate adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
- Use AI to automate repeatable processes, deliver reusable intellectual property, and improve customer outcomes.
- Share customer insights with account teams, contribute to technical communities and intellectual property, and remove adoption blockers.
- Maintain technical expertise, participate in training and skill development, and apply coaching feedback to improve delivery and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of experience in AI/cloud technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; alternatively, a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Technical certification in cloud, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within structured processes and a defined support environment.
- Willingness to work in an in-office setting and contribute to a positive, inclusive, customer-focused team culture.
