Base Salary

$83k - $125k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable DevOps solutions and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reliability, and system performance.
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Develop and maintain software applications and automation services using Python, Java, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Build infrastructure-as-code and software-defined networking solutions for an enterprise-scale network.
  • Create documentation covering software, pipelines, architecture, configuration, and tooling.
  • Support critical activities outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field plus two years of experience; a related master’s degree with zero years of relevant experience; or six years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
  • Current, active DoD 8140 IAT Level II-or-higher certification, such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, or SCNA.
  • Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at application and start.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience with Python, Java, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, REST API integration, Git version control, software automation, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Effective communication, writing, presentation, collaboration, and independent-work skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Preferred: current active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret clearance and familiarity with Docker and basic orchestration concepts.
