Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and the .NET Framework.
- Build secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications supporting healthcare payer operations.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Support application quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployment best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience developing enterprise applications with .NET technologies.
- Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.
- Knowledge of source control, testing methodologies, and Agile software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Healthcare payer domain experience, Azure knowledge, DevOps practices, front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, TypeScript, microservices, containerization, cloud-native architectures, and Microsoft .NET or Azure certifications are helpful preferred qualifications.
