Test Engineer
Northwestern MutualResponsibilities
- Perform manual and exploratory testing for web- and mobile-based projects.
- Develop and execute integration, regression, automated, and performance tests.
- Construct test cases by researching requirements, understanding user flows, and evaluating system integrations.
- Learn and contribute to the Node.js automation framework.
- Build automated tests for complete features using the existing test infrastructure.
- Write basic performance tests in JMeter.
- Understand the functionality and infrastructure of the full website and take ownership of assigned goals.
Requirements
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience using Selenium.
- Proven results delivering work and improving processes, with references.
- Desired employment experience of 6-8 years.
- Bachelor's degree listed as desired education.
