Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate scalable custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build full-stack backend and frontend applications using Java and modern frameworks.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs, including RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, high-performing solutions using engineering best practices and collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Spring Boot, React.js, and Angular are preferred.
