Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and grow the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team through hiring, coaching, and development.
- Review customer calls and demos, coach Solutions Engineers, and raise technical and commercial execution standards.
- Participate hands-on in complex evaluations, integration challenges, and the largest enterprise deals.
- Manage pipeline focus, targets, enablement, capacity planning, and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales on technical strategy for major opportunities.
- Work with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- Develop the team’s technical depth around AI systems and their practical use in customer operations.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience leading a Solutions Engineering team and directly growing individual contributors.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience coaching through customer calls and enterprise deals.
- Technical credibility with engineers and technical buyers, combined with commercial understanding of complex enterprise sales.
- Ability to manage Solutions Engineering operations including pipeline, targets, enablement, capacity, and hiring.
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly across time zones.
- Strong relationship-building skills across Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and customers.
