Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable enterprise applications, analytical platforms, dashboards, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build responsive React web applications and reusable frontend components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and performance optimizations.
- Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, relational models, and data integration workflows.
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, tool calling, context management, guardrails, and secure data handling.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, reranking, evaluation, and response generation.
- Integrate vector databases, LLM APIs, enterprise data sources, REST services, Python applications, and React interfaces.
- Develop automation and backend services using Python, PowerShell, SQL, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Support automated testing, version control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, troubleshooting, data profiling, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, scalable solutions and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of overall IT, software engineering, application development, or data analytics experience.
- Require hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dashboard development, and Power BI Service.
- Require extensive MS SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, views, database design, and performance optimization.
- Require strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python for application development, APIs, automation, data processing, and integration.
- Require hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-powered applications and practical knowledge of RAG architecture and optimization.
- Require experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or pgvector, plus embeddings, semantic search, chunking, retrieval strategies, and context augmentation.
- Require experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent LLM application frameworks and integration of LLM APIs, REST services, enterprise databases, and frontend applications.
- Require understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, design patterns, data analytics, data modeling, transformation, and reporting.
- Require experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile software development practices.
- Require knowledge of secure application development, privacy, authentication, authorization, enterprise AI governance, and strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prefer knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data governance, AI-powered dashboards, conversational analytics, natural-language interfaces, and large-scale regulated environments.
- Require the ability to independently design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade software and AI-enabled solutions.
