Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
- Build backend services, automation solutions, and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities, predictive models, intelligent automation, and AI-powered workflows into applications.
- Design schemas, develop queries, manage application data, and optimize relational and NoSQL database performance.
- Integrate frontend applications, backend services, databases, and external systems through APIs.
- Support application integration, infrastructure automation, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational workflows in VMware and Nutanix environments.
- Apply system design principles to create modular, scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, documentation, API specifications, and design discussions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality, security, reliability, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Requires 1–2 years of professional software development experience, preferably in full-stack or backend development.
- Requires strong hands-on Python programming experience and practical knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Requires experience developing web applications with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Requires understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and exposure to implementing or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services.
- Requires experience with relational databases, SQL queries, database design, and application-level database integrations.
- Requires understanding of VMware and/or Nutanix virtualization technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Requires knowledge of system design, modular architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Requires hands-on experience developing, consuming, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Requires understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, unit testing, Git, and software development practices.
- Requires analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, adaptability, and ownership skills.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with full-stack Python and React applications, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI-powered automation, VMware vCenter, Nutanix Prism, or infrastructure automation APIs.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, distributed systems, event-driven applications, enterprise-scale or regulated environments, and Agile methodologies.
