Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Sea12's process orchestration platform for high-stakes business processes.
- Design and build secure, high-performance backend services using Go, Gin, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Implement job queues, real-time processing, and distributed workflow execution across cloud environments.
- Architect responsive web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
- Ensure high-availability, security, and observability of workflow execution engines.
- Partner with other Full-Stack and Forward Deployed Engineers.
Requirements
- Strong ability in Full-Stack Development with expertise in Go, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and cloud platforms.
- Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong interest in AI-native development and workflow orchestration, including LLM integration and vector databases.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and state management, including drag-and-drop interfaces.
- Experience with security, authentication, and large-scale observability is a plus.
