Responsibilities

Help develop and refine the process orchestration platform for designing, optimizing, and executing high-stakes business processes.
Design and build secure, high-performance backend services using Go, Gin, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Implement job queues, real-time processing, and distributed workflow execution across cloud environments.
Architect responsive web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
Ensure high availability, security, and observability of workflow execution engines.
Apply scalable service orchestration, distributed computing, and real-time data processing practices.
Partner with Full-Stack and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Strong full-stack development ability with expertise in Go, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Interest in AI-native development and workflow orchestration, with experience integrating LLMs, using vector databases, and building visual programming interfaces.
Experience with real-time systems, job queues, event-driven architectures, workflow engines, process automation, and distributed computing patterns.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, state management, drag-and-drop interfaces, and complex user interactions.
Experience with security, authentication, and large-scale observability is a plus.
